At CrossFit Asia we follow a 3 days on 1 day off 2 days on 1 day off program. Each workout of the day is broken into two segments of training; strength and metabolic conditioning. Regardless of your experience, both strength training and metabolic conditioning play a crucial role in your fitness as well as your body composition.

We also provide specialized training segments for those who are interested in developing a more refined skill set. Each class consists of a warm up, training session, and cool down.
