We are happy to be the first affiliate in Asia! We started this gym in 2008 not really having any idea what we were getting into, never looked back and have grown into a thriving affiliate that has distinguished itself as one of the finest gyms worldwide among a growing global CrossFit Community. We pride ourselves on always putting mechanics and consistency before intensity because we truly believe this is what leads to longevity in the CrossFit lifestyle. In the last 10 years we have evolved from a group of CrossFitters trying to share this amazing fitness regimen, to a staff of talented and knowledgeable trainers that are ready and willing to help you reach your goals and aspirations for a fitter you!

For 9 years, we have worn the crown of Fittest gym in Japan (often the fittest gym in Asia), with pride and humility knowing that it is a result of the hard work our community does day in and day out. In 2009, we qualified our first athletes to compete in the sport of CrossFit @ The CrossFIt Games in Aromas, Ca. Since then we have qualified as either individual athletes, an Affiliate Team or both to compete at the Regional or Games Level of the CrossFIt Games Series every Year.

What is CrossFit?

CrossFit is constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity. All CrossFit workouts are based on functional movements, and these movements reflect the best aspects of gymnastics, weightlifting, running, rowing and more. These are the core movements of life. They move the largest loads the longest distances, so they are ideal for maximizing the amount of work done in the shortest time. Intensity is essential for results and is measurable as work divided by time—or power. The more work you do in less time, or the higher the power output, the more intense the effort. By employing a constantly varied approach to training, functional movements and intensity lead to dramatic gains in fitness.

While CrossFit challenges the world’s fittest, the program is designed for universal scalability, making it the perfect application for any committed individual, regardless of experience. We scale load and intensity; we don’t change the program. The needs of Olympic athletes and our grandparents differ by degree, not kind.

Our fundamentals is a 2, 3 hour session class plus trial membership that will give you the best foundation available to build your CrossFit lifestyle!
