Rest Day (we will Open @ 1000, thank you typhoon!)

Here is Bob with Coach Joy about 2 months after he
joined us here @ CFA .. By this point he had already
lost a pretty substantial amount of weight (Bob came to
us @ about 280lbs).

Challenge... He is right around 255 lbs here..

at a healthy 225 lbs!  This was a 10 week process and
he accomplished it in a safe and manageable way!
